29/12/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! My first live Sake rating in Brewver and my first post-RateBeer Sake too. Pours clear almost colourless with a few bubbles. Aroma is sweet, rice water, melon, orange blossom, hints of caramel, fruit cake and vanilla. Quite sweet initially, icing sugar edge, but with some booziness and bitterness coming through. Medium body, minimal carbonation. Nice to be back to Sake again.

300ml bottle from Clapton Craft. Clear with slight yellow tinge, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rice, melon, booze. Taste is rice, melon, caramel, with some warming grassy alcohol notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, mellow drying boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.
