Beautiful red-amber color; creamy head. Light but nice malt aroma, caramel. Medium body strength, some sweetness, good malt and caramel mix of flavors, good bitterness. A bit rough but enjoyable. Very light smokey flavor.

Draft. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also spicy notes. The flavor is sweet malty and quite spicy.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear nut brown. Aroma of hay and hazelnuts. Sweet and medium bodied with sticky syrupy mouthfeel. Some roasty malt flavours with the faintest whiff of smoke. Low bitterness. Not to my liking I’m afraid.

CBF07 sample. Pours amber and clear. Aroma is wineous and dried fruit. Flavour of malt and a bit of hops. Corny. Finish is corny and malty, not sweet nor really dry.

Hazy amber beer with a smal off-white head. Spicy and fruity aroma. Coriander and cinnamon in particular. Flavour also dominated by the spice. 2008 re-rate: More malt and less spice. Changed from 2.8 to 3.1
