Poured from a can, presumably straight from a barrel @ EBF 2008. Hint of cherry in the aroma, just a touch of spicyness. Oak, red berries and various nondescript spices (cardemom?) in the flavor. The comnplexity is there, but this beer is too spicy for my liking.

Bottle.Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma is bitter and fruity with taste of lemon and greapfruits,dry and bitter with good taste of hops and grass,really nice overall.

33cl bottle from fonefan, thanks! Klares bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer großen leicht beigen Schaumkrone, hohe Karbonisation. Geruch harzig hopfig, Aprikosen, Pfirsich. Geschmack sehr hopfig, harzig bitter, Aprikosen, sehr leicht oxidiert.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a white head. Very subtle aroma, a little oranges perhaps. Rich, malty body, but odd off-flavours, almost a little rotten. Bitter finish. Old hops or just bittering hops does not a nice IPA make. 210616

Bottled (backlog). Deep coppery brown colour, with a small white head. Aromais fruity, a bit nutt along with some burnt sugar and mild spiciness. Flavour is ripe fruits, wood, plum and some mild nuttiness. Also some burnt sugar and mild notes of yeast to it.
