Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemonas and grass. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, malt, and caramel.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and liquorice.mthe flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, coffee, and liquorice, leading tona dry roasted finish.

Draught@CPH BF 2013 (as Jydske Bryghuse Bourbon Stout). Quite much pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is nutty, some bourbon, vanilla, wood and mild alcohol as well. Flavour is fruits, liquorice, mild tart wood, some lactic notes as well as vanilla and wood.

On tap at PIB, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of piney hops, wood chips and caramel - quite a complex nose. Flavour brings out wood chips, caramel and piney hops, all blended very well, finishing on woody hops. Very solid barley wine.

On tap at PIB, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of cognac, roasted malt, and liqueur coated chocolate. Flavour is even more complex, with notes of cognac, cherries, and chocolate. The barrel aging certainly has done this wonders, making it less sludgy and more drinkable. Much improved from the base beer.

Draft @ DØE Ølfestival 2013. Pours a pale amber color with a white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus finish.

Bottle, 5.2%. OK floral hop aroma. Hazy orange colour. Stable white head. The flavour is first and foremost yeasty. Has some of the same hop note as the aroma, sweetish. OK bitterness. Tastes of mediocre homebrew.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Goldeny amber colour with a small beige head. Aroma is caramel, wood, some floral notes as well as mild catpissy and grassy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral and rather strong on the bitterness with some slight sweet maltyness and nectary notes trying to balance the thing up.
