Tap at Aarhus Beerfestival: Pours orange with a nice white head. Aroma is sweet & spicy. Too sweet taste. But has a fresh feel anyway. Medium bodied. OK!

Bottle @ Thisted Tasting by Maria.. Dark black color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, chocolate, notes of chilli. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, and a very nice spicey - chilli touch. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very nice ;o)) (120408)

Cloduy amber with large off white head. Sweet and hoppy aroma with caramel and graefruit notes. Sweet flavor with loads of hops, grapefruit and caramel notes. Ends very bitter. Nice!

Bottle. Nice tan head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roat malt, chocolate and notes of coffee and chili. Chili is quite balanced serving to prolong the bitter chocolate finish.

2005 Vintage. Hazy deep amber with tiny off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with caramel and malty notes. Sweet and rather vinious flavor with caramel, overripe fruits and discrete hoppy notes.

aroma is like a (cheap) danish gold beer, quite full and heavy though. not bad. Looks are also close to the typical danish cheap strong beer, except perhaps a little darker. small foam. looks rather boring. Taste is similar to cheap strong beer, alc not hidden. tastes like very strong alc. Taste got better as it warmed up though. Palate is average, but nothing special. overall not one i’m coming back to. Too close to discount strong beer imo.
