Bottle Deep chocolate, roasted coffee, leather and earthy strawberry aroma-notes. Jet black, no head, lively carbonation. Sweet brown sugar, coffee and other burned notes with a chocolate aftertaste. Very well balanced - without edges, yet satisfying. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel with a sparkle on the tongue. A really well-compositioned stout.

Honeyish yeasty nose with with notes reminiscent of rye. Cloudy orange brown color with a lowish golden head. Spicy base, coriander clearly, flowers, light dusty and smoky notes, bitter edges. Mellow mouthfeel.

Lemony and pine aroma-notes. Cloudy golden, very big head. Pine/cascade flavor, but well-balanced and not overwhelming, yeasty notes as well. Dry herbal bitter-hop exit. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. A truly delicious brew.

Black with a tiny light brown head. Unique aroma of licorice, roast malt, flowers, earth and hay. Flavour is even more unique, with an initial sour impression that broadens with sweetness and bitterness and a dominant licorice tone. Clearly a love or hate beer, and I’m one of the lovers.

An unclear orang beer with a fine white but disappearing head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of cinnamon and cardamom. The flavor is very acidic and spicy sweet with dry notes of coriander as well as coriander and cinnamon. The acidity and alcohol runs over the tounge. A very nice Danish version of a Belgian Blonde.

Slight toffee and plenty aromatic hops. Hazy red amber, big lacing creamy head. Nutty and caramel base with a good measure aromatic hops and a elegant soft bitterhop exit. Medium to light body. The aftertaste fizzles out a little bit at first, but as the beer warms subtle hop notes become noticeable again. Magnitudes better than the beer it is supposed to replace on the danish market (Rød Tuborg)

Dark brown color; dark creamy head. Nice aroma: coffee, roasted malts, light paperboard. Quite dry mouthfeel; roasted malt; quite short. Thanks Jens (Ungstrup) for this bottle.
