Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours dar ruby brown with a small creamy head. Coffee bean and roast. A bit of cold coffee. Overall very bitter coffee:-). Vague chili perhaps. Smooth and medium bodied. Warmth from alcohol.

Growler. A more or less black one, with a tan head of moderate size. The aroma has a solid dose of mocha, with dark chocolate and some burnt hints. Smooth and soft on the palate, medium to full-bodied and quite dry, with lots of mocha in the flavor. A pleasant hoppy bitterness chimes in towards the end. Even though I don’t drink coffee, this one’s certainly one I’d like to have more of. 120218
