500 ml bottle @ RBNAG-11. Deep golden body with an off-white head. Aroma is malty with some caramel and traces of butterscotch. Flavor is soft and quite mild malty, not much bitterness, fruity and a hint of butterscotch. Medium body, short aftertaste. Not really bad, even with some butterscotch, but not particular exiting either.

Shared bottle, RBNAG 2011. Reddish brown colour, moderate head. Aroma of toffee and a little caramel, a hint of ripe fruits. The flavour is fairly dry, but there is a hint of caramel. Very moderate hops. Not really impressive.

500 ml bottle, from SuperBest Hjørring. ABV is 5.2%. Very dark reddish brown colour, nearly black. Large creamy head. Moderate aroma of "dusty" malts, some weak roasty notes. The flavour is moderately roasty, some coffee notes, only a little residual sweetness, a hint of liquorice. The hops are very moderate. Nice enough to drink, but no masterpiece.

Rerate, on tap at V Bistro (a Vendia subsidiary restaurant) in Hjørring, as Vendia Vendelbo Bajer. Deep amber to reddish brown colour, off-white head. Smells and tastes clearly infected, like a homebrew gone bad, but still with less diacetyl than some other Vendia beers. Bad beer, but not totally undrinkable. Hints of red berries. Original rating: 500 ml bottle, as Vendia Vendelbo Bajer 7, at the café in Nordsøen Oceanarium, Hirtshals. ABV is 5.5%. Amber colour, slightly hazy. Large and coarse white head. Malty aroma and flavour, some fruity notes, hints of caramel, and (unfortunately) a slight infection. Still drinkable.
