720ml bottle from Beverly Hills Bottle Shop. My sake rating #190. Clear with faint yellow tint, no head and aroma of rice, fruit, caramel. Taste is sweetish, rice, fruity, apple, pineapple, alittle citric tartness with some warming alcohol notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying fairly clean boozey finish. Nicely drinkable.

Glass at Komachi. Clear and colorless. Bright nose. Very fruity and spicy. Notes of pear, citrus, pineapple, and a very refined ginjo-ka. Crisp, fruity flavor. Not too sweet. Very well balanced and elegant.
