ABV: 7.0%. Unclear medium amber red colour with virtually no head (smoothie look). Aroma is moderate honey, tart berry - black currant, rich berries. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart berries - fruit, sweet honey, black currant, ribena, finish is honey and quit dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic, even it is only ABV: 7.0% ! [20190831]

Tap @ Highlanders, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber/red. Aroma and taste are red fruits, berries, hiney, malt and has a nice sweet hiney finish.

Bottle @ Highlanders Bar, Aarhus. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of light honey, rich tropical fruit, apricot. Flavor is sweet, honey, rich fruity, little sugar, rich tropical fruit, apricot. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Nice. 220819

RBESG 19 Grand Tasting. My notes say That Melom. Fucking hell I'm glad I could track this down without that much hassle... Red body, almost no head, murky. Honeyish, almost malty aroma, licorice, berries. Sweet yoghurty, sugary taste, light berries. Not bad, but paled in comparison to the other meads that day.
