Kicsi, azonnal elolvadó hab, hóka piros szín. Savanykás, markánsan meggyes, enyhén vaníliás és egy picit animális illat. Savanyú, leheletnyit édeskés, erőteljesen meggyes, vaníliás ízek, enyhén animális aromával. Közepesen testes, erősen szénsavas, alig keserű. Ez szépen összeállt, finom vörös, némi vadsággal.

Semmi hab, egészen mélyvörös, szinte már fekete szín. Mellbevágó feketeribizlis illat, a háttérben csak mutatóban némi méz és vanília. Édes, mézes, feketeribizlis ízek, némi vaníliával, és persze a hordó. Az egész nagyon emlékeztet a vörösborokra. Testes, mégis frissítő, enyhén szénsavas, alig keserű. Egyszerűen csodás.

Bottle. Distinct vanilla aroma, smells nicely barreled. Clear yellow colour. Sparkling with no head. The flavour is nicely acidic with notes of white wine and a vanilla aftertaste. Good acid bite in the finish.

Bottle @ Fox and Hounds, Sønderborg, Øllets Dag 2023. Pours clear golden with very small white head. Clear aroma of barrel and sour yeast, with touches of malt. Intensely dry flavour of sour yeast, with notes of barrel and touches of malt and hops. Dry aftertaste with malty touches. Decent.

Semmi hab, sápadt borostyán szín. Mézes, virágos, gyömbéres, kissé narancsos illat. Édes, mézes, gyömbéres ízek. Picit csípős a gyömbértől. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, nem keserű. Eléggé hasonlít a gyömbérsörökre, persze a méz eléggé határozott.
