Tap at Zil verne. Thin body, high carbonation. Very high sourness, moderate acetic, but also moderate sugary candy. Lots of the red berry character, lots of astringency. Quite tasty, easy drinking. Very good overall.

Draught@TCBW2023. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is tart and acidic wooden and some grapes to it. Flavour is kind of funky and mildly leathery with a nice tart and acidic citrusy touch to it with also some grapes and mild earth.

A clear dark golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of wood, grapes, sour fruits. Taste of sour grapes, brett, oak. Nice!

Süffiger, weich säuerlicher Beginn, deutlich holzig aber auch etwas pappig. Leicht vinöse Noten, Quasi kein Hopfen, angenehme, mild bleibende Säure. Nett aber zu teuer. 10/8/9/9/11/8
