Keg at The Gilmour, Ottawa. Clear golden, small head. Bright grapefruity nose. Mid sweet with medium body and well, rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit and tangerine. Mildly bitter finish.

Can that pours a clean golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and full foamy streaks. Cereal grain nose that is not as sweet as most of this style, as some mild grassy hops balance this. Almost pilsner-like. This plays the same for the flavours. Hints of pears. Easy-to-drink, not too sticky, not too rich, nor sweet. Malty, with just enough hops to make this a really nice normal lager.
