Description
Microbrewery and tap room opened on 22 November 2025 in a railway arch close to Temple Meads station that formerly housed the Bristol Cycle Shack. On opening day one cask ale was available on handpump alongside two keg ales, all three brewed on the premises.

On tap at Unwins Brewery Bristol. Deep ruby almost cola colour. Lasting tan head. Well its malty. Some brown malt some red malts. Some spice malt. Dark and red fruits aromas
Plums aroma. Some then peppery spice later. Good condition i liked it. Decent.

Cask handpull at Unwins Brewery Bristol. Clear gold colour lasting white head yep a light golden bitter. Some decent hops on tje finish. Like a creamy Northern bitter. A bitter that.is bitter. Attractive though. Good condition reminded me of original Boddingtons. I liked it.

Keg at Unwins Brewery, near Bristol Temple Meads. Pours clear dark gold with white foam. Malty, rustic, lightly grassy. Medium body with soft carbonation. Decent.
