Revived in 1996 as Pitfield's Brewery at 14 Pitfield Street, N1 before relocating outside of London to Great Horkesley, Essex in 2006 and then to Moreton, Ongar in 2007.

50cl bottle from Bacchanalia, Cambridge. A murky golden pour with a billowing cream head; grainy malt aroma; refershing zingy taste, but lacking any real body, just a weak grainy feel; leaving a dry biscuity finish, with a trace of gingery bitterness from the Goldings.

Big thanks to madmitch76 for sending this 0.33L bottle across the pond. It pours clear copper with almost no head. The aroma is thick syrupy rich chewy estery fruitiness with some sweet slick malts in there for a bit of variety. The taste is smooth rich mead like sweetness followed by loads of light and dark colored fruity estery goodness. To midway the rich sweet fruitiness is joined by a stave of earthiness and slick smooth malts. Wow, this has aged wonderfully.
