Hefig-herber Antrunk mit kurzfristiger Säuerlichkeit. Die Hefigkeit wird geringer und ist im Mittelteil nur noch wenig vorhanden. Herb, wässrig, erfrischend aber laff. Auf Dauer monoton. 11/10/8/7/12/8

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours dark amber with a creamy lasting white head. Nose is sweet of bread, grain a little fruit and caramel. Sweet flavor of caramel ,bread and grain. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy white head. Sweet nose and flavor of wheat, grain and banana. Medium and smooth body. Sweet but ends fairly dry. Pretty good.

Hazy tan-straw. Not bad looking. The aroma is banana, lots of sugars with fruitiness and light plastics. Dry and fizzy with some sweeter flavours emerging late, but also a bit of late footiness. Doesn’t really finish dry, so to me it kind of fades out.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, hoppy grass, straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110115]

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, toasted, moderate yeasty, fruity, light banana - pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, fresh, fruity acidic. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110120]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is estery fruity and wheaty. Mild acidic and wheaty. Wheaty, banana and sweet estery fruity. Sweet banana finish.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of banana, wheat, and cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, banana, and cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish.
