Bottle, 5.0% as Meister Fels Pilsner. Rough grainy aroma. Clear yellow colour. Big stable chalk white head. The flavour is also grainy, but not as much as the aroma. Chalky and a little papery. Barcode: 20012946.

In Germany, it seems all the breweries have to produce a pilsener, and have to produce a hefeweizen. This seems to be an example of the latter, a formulaic weizen brewed to meet the local market. Nothing of note here, a run of the mill hefeweizen, with all the right flavors and scents, but nothing that sets it apart either.

Another surprise from mmy mixed case. Poured into a half liter Bitburger glass. Clear golden color, with faint head. Active carbonation...looks good. Smell not so much. Taste, almost metallic, I could believe this if I poured from a can. Not sure if this was intentional, or a bad batch. I’ve had other good styles from this brewery.

Bottle. Medium gold with a large white head. Aroma is light, some dust and mild sweetness. Flavour is watery sweetness with a sweet note and some metallic background.

Bottle. Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Dark chestnut color with moderate head. Sweet dark chocolate malt and mildly bitter herbal hops flavor. Nice body. Very good.

Bottle. Sweet orange/banana, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Sweet orange/peach flavor initially followed by a light bitter herbal finish. Pretty good - flavor/body a bit light.

Hefig-herber Antrunk, im Mittelteilist dnn nur noch die Hefigkeit vorhanden, aber auch diese nimmt schnell ab. Im Abgang wenig malzig. Süffigesund erfrischendes Bier, das aber kaum Aromen zu bieten hat. 10/7/9/5/2/5

50cl bottle. Pours a golden colour with steady bubbles and a good head. The nose has herbs and a metallic note. The taste has nettles and some malt. The palate is elegant, there is a lovely creamy but effervescent texture and a long zingy finish. Overall, this is a thoroughly thirst-quenching and enjoyable lager.

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours dark amber with a creamy lasting white head. Nose is sweet of bread, grain a little fruit and caramel. Sweet flavor of caramel ,bread and grain. Medium bodied.
