Bottle @ J.C.G US Tasting, Pt 3. Pours hazy orange with a creamy lasting egg white head and lacings. Nose is very wheaty, Sweet wheat and orange. Medium and smooth palate. Lively carbonation. Quite a lot of sweet banana.

Bottle. Sweet banana, peach, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange tan color with nice head. Sweet orange/banana, light clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice body and moderate carbonation. Very nice Hefe.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear pale yellow with a large egg white head. Nose is corn and grain. A bit rough. Dry and grassy flavor with hay and perfumey hops. Medium bodied. Okay crispyness.

Clear golden with a large white head. Sweet and grainy aroma with malt and hints of hops and nuts. Flavour had grassy hops, grains, nuts and malty notes. Finished dry and bitter.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and malty. Sweet malty, roasted, slight cornish and with a light bitterness coming through. Ends dry bitter.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, cereal, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100420]

Clear golden with a large white head. Malty aroma with grassy hops. Flavour was dry with grassy hops, malt and hints of caramel. Finished dry and bitter.

Golden color, small white head, some lace. Sweet honeyish malty, cardboardish aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is sweet honeyish malty and papery. Cheap low hoppyness. Very standard helles.

Hazy orange color, medium-sized white head. Very strong and sweet banana-caramelly, clove aroma. Medium-bodied. Banana, yeast, lactose, clove, glue. Very typical German hefeweizen, just a bit too candy-sweetie for my liking.
