50cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of spicy hops, straw, mild grainy malt. Taste of mild grainy malt, soft metallic and spicy hops, straw, nothing special.

Bottle at Hopfen & Malz. Medium gold with a solid head. Malt and grain in the aroma. Flavour is malty, hop, a little metal. Sweetish finish.

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Light straw and aromatic hop nose. Golden, off-white head. Fruity malt, Balanced to tastelessness. Light body. Meh not that impressed.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden coloured, lazy carbonation, creamy and persistent white head; moderate sweet-bitter flavour; grainy-strawy, a bit sourish nose; medium bodied, creamy MF; short grainy-sweet finish, rounded by some bitterness. No doubt, a really pleasant Helles......

Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Golden coloured, visible carbonation, smaller and faster vanishing white head, sticking to the glass, moderate grainy-bitter nose with a tinge of metal and alcohol; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; astonishingly traces of aromatic hops detectable in the short, dryish bitter-grainy finish. Not bad, but less than pleasant............

Bøttle (purchased at the pivovar): Golden coloured, mid-sized white lacing head, strawy-grassy nose; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; delicate sweet-bitter finish.O.K.:not unpleasant...........

bottle, thanks to Bochum. Clear golden yellow, large and creamy head. Sweet and fruity with clear hints of green apples. Flowery and perfumy hops in the finish - a good one.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond, medium-sized foamy head. Slightly spicy, herbal hoppy nose with light-sweet malty notes and a whiff of barnyard. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft on carbon. Malty and slightly fruity taste with herbal notes in the background, getting stronger towards the dry and moderately bitter finish. Pleasant Pilsener.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet, almost a bit sugary and strawy malty nose with a light touch of herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented taste with a faint fruity note; moderately sweet malty finish with a faint level of bitterness. A bit sweet, but pleasant to drink.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy foamy white head. Moderatly sweet malty nose with light fruity accents, a touch of barnyard and light herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium body with a soft carbonation. Strawy malty, subtle fruity taste; moderately dry, malty, light hoppy and pretty slim finish. Smells aromatic and rural, but finally lacks real character.
