Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange/copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet piney to lemony, citrusy/grapefruity hop tones, light malts - somewhat honey-ish and/or biscuity
Flavor: does a decent job of combining the prior noted aromas to a bitter to bittersweet sort of blend; finishes semi-bitter with some piney-ness
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper, some smoothness but also a little bit of hop spice brushing the tongue ever so slightly
Overall: not a bad attempt of a DIPA, think I could revisit this one.

Can to stange.
Appearance: soft golden yellow to copper color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated slowly but barely left any lace
Aroma: earthy/semi-floral hops up front but super faint, the honey the brewer brewed in is starting to show up faintly then a slight bready maltiness underneath
Flavor: the honey comes back in the taste and seems to combine slightly; finishes like honey on some white bread
Texture: light to medium bodied, some smoothness, good sessionability
Overall: not bad for my first beer from this brewer. I would return to this.
