Draught @ Beer Run UWS, Manhattan NYC (Apr 2026). Extremely hazy dark yellow-orange, like peach juice, very small frothy off-white head, citrus peel-peach aroma, adequate carbonation,. medium bitter citrus peel, unripe mango, peach taste, smooth body, long juicy finish. Juicy NEIPA.

Wow that's a lot of yeast character. Bubble gum, fruit chews and tropical fruit leading to sweet malts (cookie, white bread) and a bit of melon. Very low (almost none) acidity.
Interesting melon and floral notes give it a unique character to start. Sweet malts up front but drying out severely through a bland wheat-like middle, ending rather watery and abrupt with a bit of citrus, pine, lots of fruity, nutty yeast and a bit of a woody-to-citrusy hop character. It's clean, the texture is chewy, soft, fluffy at times, but there's just very little of substance here, malt or hop-wise. It's a bit old, but not THAT old and it looks in perfect shape (super hazy still with a massive, well-retained, creamy-thick head).
