Yellow with a small head. Smells stinky & dirty: absolutely nothing good here. Tastes like dirty beer and moldy grass. Hideous!

Slightly spicy aroma, but mostly boring. Amber, big bubbles foamy lacing head. Papery flavor, fizzy mouthfeel, napkin aftertaste. I am sorry, but this is crap.

Can (BB 10/2005)
Golden color with quickly vanishing white head. Fruity, a bit sour and metallic nose. Medium-bodied. Bitter hoppy with some hoppyness. Sweetish and then bitter aftertaste. Similar to Finnish Laitilan Kukko but rather unbalanced.

Test vom 27.11.2004, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,6,6,7,7,7 - 6,80

Yet another lager from Carlsberg Brewery that’s not bad, but isn’t really good. It’s a bit bland, kind of bitter, but easy to drink and refreshing,

Rerate: BB: 27.03.20030.5l can. This one bore the old "Panonska Pivovara" sign. It isn’t brewed here anymore (Tuborg Green replaced it). So, how did I get this ? A friend got three cans from his grandmother. They were in her fridge for three years. Anyway, we "bravely" decided to try one of those. And it didn’t deteoriate one bit. It poured a huge white fluffy head that went away fast and left no lacing, very carbonated. Great orange colour. The nose was nice enough, fruit, ozone, slightly dusty & oily, but not too much. The taste was... exactly as I remembered it. Bland and watery. Some slight malty taste and burnt malt aftertaste. No hops detected. The can says that 4 types of malt are used here.... hm. Right. Well, at least it survived the 3 years well enough. Not that bad, but as I said, too bland and too watery. Old review:Hmph, classic. A boring, bland brew with nothing special about it. There are better and cheaper alternatives here. (3/2/3/2/8)

Sampled can ("Gold Label De Luxe Beer") right after bottle. Golden lager with hints of green, foamy white head. Metallic, alcoholic and malty aroma. Malty body with some hops thrown in. Canned sample of slightly sweetier than bottled.
