(bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a thick and dense, light-beige foamy head. Sweet, slightly toasted malty aroma with anise, a touch of caramel and lighter, subtle fruity hops in the background. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a pleasantly calm carbonation. Aromatic and moderately toasted malt-profile with spicy anise-like accents; medium-dry, malt-accented finish, rounded up with spicy and herbal hoppy notes. A rounded brew (08.X.08).

Fresh citrus-fruity (grape-fruit, mandarin) and moderately sweet malty aroma with a light hoppy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Malt-accented and citrus fruity taste; sweet and faint bitter malt-accented and subtle fruity finish. Clean and easy-going brew (05.X.08).
