bottle, thank you MoritzF! Clear golden yellow, large white head. Malty, pleasantly hoppy with a shy grainy touch. Grassy and resiny hops. Good.

Bottle: Deep golden, visible carbonation, mid-sized creamy white head; moderate to solid nutty-toasty nose with some hops underneat; robust sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; lingering malty-hoppy finish. Very pleasant, well balanced Märzen........

(bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a thick and dense, light-beige foamy head. Sweet, slightly toasted malty aroma with anise, a touch of caramel and lighter, subtle fruity hops in the background. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a pleasantly calm carbonation. Aromatic and moderately toasted malt-profile with spicy anise-like accents; medium-dry, malt-accented finish, rounded up with spicy and herbal hoppy notes. A rounded brew (08.X.08).

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a thick and bubbling foamy white head. Fresh citrus-fruity and flowery hoppy aroma. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft on carbon. Smooth malt-character with flowery and citrus-fruity aroma-hops; moderately dry and floral hoppy finish. Clean and fresh Pilsener (06.X.08).

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a bubbling off-white foamy head. Sweet toasted and caramel-malty aroma with a nutty and almost Bock-like molassy touch. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Aromatic and toasty malt-profile with caramel A brew like a quaffable diluted Bock (05.X.08).

(bottle, purchased at the bryggeriet, yesterday) Clear, golden colour with a big and bubbling, eggshell-coloured foamy head. Fresh citrus-fruity (grape-fruit, mandarin) and moderately sweet malty aroma with a light hoppy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Malt-accented and citrus fruity taste; sweet and faint bitter malt-accented and subtle fruity finish. Clean and easy-going brew (05.X.08).

Bügelverschlußflasche (10 dl): deep golden to light amber coloured with a huge fluffy and stable off-white head; moderate caramelly-nutty nose with a touch of "Woody" hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.3%; light to moderate nutty-hoppy finish. A goody..........

Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei):Golden, hazy, visible but lazy carbonation, creamy white head; pale-malty and bisquity nose with a good dash of aromatic hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, creamy MF, light bodied; lingering bisquity and hoppy finish with an increasing bitterness towards the very end. Good, smooth rural Pils.......

Cloud light amber color; big head. Aroma of grains, a bit breadish too. Medium body, some sweetness, some malt flavor. Not bad, but too simple.
