Description
When we first started in 2016 it was nothing more than an empty warehouse. Thanks to great friends and family we were able to create this unique space with over 300 square meters and our concept of an open brewery.

We believe in high standard and will always serve great quality beers!

Beers brewed at Hopsters are made with the freshest ingredients. Our brewery project began producing its first beers, like most brewers, back in our home kitchen a few years back.

Now with our new machinery we make 4 standard types of beer and several seasonally changing styles depending on availability of ingredients.

Our aim is to bring people together over a passion of hand crafted beer and of course about using selected ingredients
to create the freshest beer for you.

Bottle from Colmado l’estuca, girona. Pours hazy golden with a full white head. Aroma of grassy smelly hops, malts, orange. Taste had a firm grassy hoppy bitterness, iron, metalic, malts, medium sweetness, long metalic and grass bitterness, kind of hobby-brew ish.

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub shared by Erwin Van Moll. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, some wheat, herbs or spices, yeast and elderflower I guess. A bit thin bodied, firm a but fizzy carbonation. Not great but drinkable for sure.
