Bottle (from ?). Pours dark ruby-black with light brownish head. Aroma is wtf?! Very artificial, anise, shampoo, honey, spices, with some after shave thrown in... Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, spices, anise, licorice, shampoo, artificial honey, some metallic notes, malt. Alcohol is rather covered. Overall: drinkable-ish. After reading the reviews I decided to age it a bit to mellow the spices, but it seems that it hasn’t helped as much as I hoped - still too much spices ruining the base beer.

A copper beer, a head is almost medium and blond. Aroma has dried and riped fruitness, some bananas and overriped fruits, strenght of alcohol, some nuts. Taste has dried fruitness, herbal bitterness, bananas. Medium+ bodied, low carbonation. Good, brittish style beer.

Bottle no 1532, batch 16_14_IS, BB 31.10.2018 (from UJH). Pours black with light brownish head. Aroma is sweet, milky, booze, malt, vanilla, chocolate. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, peat, caramel, chocolate, sugar (I guess it’s the rum oak), booze, slight rubber. Finish is dark chocolate, sugar and booze. Overall: I like fresh beers (including the heavy ones), but this feels way too fresh and too boozy (feels almost that I can breath fire after taking a sip!). I would recommend letting it sit for some months before opening..

Bottle at hotel room in Helsinki. Thanks to tiong! Colour is dark brown with small slightly brownish white head. Aromas and flavors: Spices, ginger, chocolate and roasted malts. I don’t like the combo of flavors and palate is also too fizzy.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Ruoholahti. Aroma is odd mixture of ginger, licorice and ash. Flavour has ash, some ginger, cold coffee, licorice and ash. Very foamy palate. A bit messy.

33cl bottle, thanks thong! Poured near black with a thin brown head. Aroma has roastedness, some ginger, chocolate. Ginger, roasted malt, licorice. Like the ginger here.
