Keg at Brewdog Camden. A clouded plum pink coloured pour with a lasting pink froth. Aroma is berry yogurt, rose petals, thin yogurt, berries. Little urinal cake on the nose. Flavour is composed of dry wheaty grains, dty yogurt, mellow berry, some floral rose character. Palate is light tangy airy carbonation, drying finish. Not bad.

Keg at BD Seven Dials, 17/10/19. Murky fruit smoothie pinkish purple with a light crimson head that retains well. Nose is fruit pulp, berries, lactic pinch, berry pips. Taste comprises grass, berry pips, tangy berry yoghurt strokes, blackcurrant, damp straw, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light pucker. Ok but a touch soapy in the flavour profile.

On draught at BrewDog Leicester as part of Collabfest 2019. Purplish pink, impenetrable with a small pink head. Sweet fruity aroma, reminiscent of raspberry sherbet. Taste is sweet and creamy, with blueberries and yoghurt notes. The finish is too short and the body is too thin, I don't get a lot of the rose and elderflower, and it isn't very sour for a sour, but I like it for what it is.

(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 31 March 2019) Black colour with dense, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and black rye bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, hints of peat smoke, liquorice, black rye bread and a balanced roasty bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, dry. Really tasty and well made cask version, with lower abv than the keg version, making it highly drinkable. Very nice.

Cask at Spritmusuem, Stockholm. Hazy orange colour, small head. Rich aroma of of elderflowers. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel mouthfeel. Sugar and elderflowers. Mid bitter finish.
