Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is dark malt, some vanilla, peanut, caramel, light roast, powdery cocoa, milk chocolate. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet, mild bitter. Medium body. Okay, would have benefited from a bigger abv/body.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is roasted and burnt malt, maple, chocolate, touch of coffee. Flavour is on the dry side, especially with the maple suggesting a lot of sweetness, that's ultimately overshadowed by bitterness. Body is medium. A bit chalky and burnt, good Porter.

Can from Beer52. Pours a deep black with moderate sized beige honeycomb bubbly head with leaves some minor retention. Aroma of roasted malts and chocolate, lactose and coconut. The last two combine to give an almost sickly sweet aroma. Taste is sweet and rich. The chocolate combines well with the malts but as suspected the lactose and coconut just taste too artificial and sickly sweet although not enough to make it undrinkable. Medium bodied, fairly smooth. Disappointing. Second worse flavoured stout I've had to date.

Can from Beer52. Pours a hazy orange-amber, large white head leaves a finger of retention and some lacing. Aroma of stone fruits, grains, passionfruit, soft malts. Quite nice. Taste of passionfruit, citrus, caramel, grain, light berry note. Tasty. Medium bodied, smooth and pillowy, soft carbonation. A simple but tasty and well balanced IPA, went down a treat.
