Bottle sample at Mead Museum, pours a clear colour. Nose is quite dry, with dry white wine and very subtle sweetness. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with rich treacle, honey nectar and white wine. Complex and elegant, with so much depth. Lovely.

Sampled on August 4, 2017.At Mead Museum, Praha.From bottle 50 cl at 11.55%, also has a sticker on the bottle stating "Pairodni".Clear straw yellow color, thick legs. Herbal, strong, some honey scent. Citrus almost, odd vegetal taste. Medium full mouthfeel, metallic and sweet finish.6/4/5/4/11=3.0

Bottle in a mead shop. Pours pale golden, nose is herbal, musty, honey, taste is sweet, sickly honey, floral, fruity.
