Pours very pale and light lemonyellow. Scent is Sharp, bit herbal-like (dried herbs) , bit clinical, noticable alcohol. Taste is sharp, medium sweet. very 'clean funk' , herbal bitterness, medicinal sounds very off, and this simplyy isnt, but the bitterness does make it a bit towards medicinal to me. It's ok, just not my personal favorite.

Bottle sample at Mead Museum, pours a clear colour. Nose is quite dry, with dry white wine and very subtle sweetness. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with rich treacle, honey nectar and white wine. Complex and elegant, with so much depth. Lovely.
