Tap at the brewery. Mostly a classic weizen, but more on the spicy side of things. Moderate clove phenolics and generally spicy feeling, only light banana and associated esters. Medium-full body, medium-high carbonation. Good.

Tap at the brewery. Rather acetic sourness, kind of similar in this respect to old lambics intended for blending, which this most definitely is not. Lacking more funky character, this is mostly just sour and little else. At least it is not overwhelming, rather good balance, drinkable.

Tap at Vycap u Ernoho. It takes a few sips for the special ingredients to develop their character. They make for a weird mix nevertheless though. Relatively high bitterness and also well hopped for flavour with grassy earthy character. Light yasmine coming through, dunno about rice. Drinkable.

0,3l from tap at the brewpub shared with Sander. Amber cloudy color, small white head. Smells citric, green apples, bit acidic, earthy, berry notes, peppery. Nice smell. Medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, smoky, juniper, peppery, grassy, spices, bit leathery. Finishes bitter sweet and also bit sour with notes of juniper, earth and spices. Nice, but not a fan of the balance, good complexity, nice beer overall but not totally my thing.

Bottle s.n. 198/500 from flaskaren.sk I may be not as excited as Misow but I still find this interesting enough and worth a try. It's absolutely clear this is spontan immediately after you pour it to glass, tall fizzy head disappearing with speed of your salary is clear sign this is going to be wild. And it is. Top class sourness with clear wine involvement is first you notice. The sourness is long lasting but also very pleasant after all. I like it.
