Ceramic jug, 11.6%. Pungent honey aroma, spicy and a little farty. Hazy pale yellow colour. The flavour starts off quite sweet with a good honey note. Then it turns rather bitter, a little unpleasant, quinine-like. Finishes on a herbal note. Interesting.

Flavor is heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, alcohol, berry - raisin. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20101116]
