Rare sake styles tasting at Platz (November 9, 2017).nPours quite clear golden, some foam on top. Nose is simple herbal wheaty, light acidity and rather malty wheaty nose. Apples. Taste is relatively grassy hoppy, some melon and light lingonberries. Light and crispy, overall quite drinkable while maybe a bit basic and raw.
