Color ámbar bajo una exuberante corona de espuma blanco hueso, densa y de excelente retención. Aroma francamente agradable, cítricos, hierba, miel, madera, resina... En boca es herbal, moderadamente amarga, fondo maltoso, notas de pino y madera...Bastante mejor de lo que yo esperaba, he leido reseñas antiguas de esta cerveza y no concuerdan para nada esas bajas puntuaciones con lo que yo estoy probando, ¿habran cambiado la receta????.. no se, lo que tengo claro es que esta que tengo aquí delante es una cerveza bastante decente y me gusta.

500ml can from Lituanica, Birmingham. My first Kvass. Pours a clear brown, brief fizzy head, lots of carbonation showing. Aroma and taste is very sweet, burnt toffee ends, caramel, malt loaf. Its a bit sickly. Watery body, high carbonation. Its how I imagine a cola drink that's been aged for 30 years will be like. Not for me.

Can 0,568 ltr with aluminium foil as cover. Clear golden coloured brew with an subtle sweet bitter taste with faint but enjoyable hints of sweet corn. Bought at the local Polish shop near mine house in Leiden.

Color dorado turbio, corona de espuma abundante, cremosa de excelente retención y adherencia. En nariz un muy atractivo y apetitoso aroma afrutado, con tonos cítricos toque herbal y cierta nota resinosa. En boca es jugosa, bebible, refrescante, frutal, con un dulzor medio y amargor moderado, muy por encima de mis expectativas. En resumen esta cerveza me ha sorprendido bastante, esperaba bastante menos nivel, sin embargo me ha satisfecho incluso sorprendido tanto en aspecto como en aroma y sabor, la mejor Volfas Engelman que he probado hasta la fecha con mucha diferencia.
