750ml bottle. Pours dark amber with a big off-white head. Aroma of spice, coriander, citrus. Taste is fruity, sweet and sour. Very smooth mouthfeel. Alcohol is well hidden.

rebranded as "blackburn coffee stout". pours murky dark chestnut with an immediately disappearing beige head and no lacing. aroma toasted malts. flavour licorice, citrus, dark chocolate, not too much coffee. dry, rather one-dimensional.

375ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours gold with a small white head that fizzes away in seconds. Aroma is apple juice, overripe apples, apple vinegar. Taste is surprisingly sour, which isn’t a bad thing, finish is sweet and dry.

BOTTLE 75 CL from artemb. Hazy red-brown body. Sweet burnt sugar aroma with roasty and oily notes. Tastes rather sugary sweet too, with some roast and a coffee grounds mouthfeel. Simplistic and cloying.
