Inspired by the Frankfurt apfelwein and Norman semidry ciders we create our elegant and well-balanced cider. Different types of apple juices were carefully selected to achieve mild acidity and tannins. Sparkling, soft cider with bright apple taste and tender character.

Golden coloured, no head. Aroma is apple, sweet, taste is the same. bit dry aftertaste. Bottled@HBF2016. Yellowish golden colour with minor head. Aroma is nice green apple skins, some slight tartness as well as some ripe apples. Flavour is apple skins, some tartness, mild wood as well as some sweetish ripe apples to it. Mellow, and balanced, but a bit thin palate.

375ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours gold with a small white head that fizzes away in seconds. Aroma is apple juice, overripe apples, apple vinegar. Taste is surprisingly sour, which isn’t a bad thing, finish is sweet and dry.
