Growler thanks to a trade! Pours a clear amber orange with an off white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of sour fruit with touches of acid and lemon underlying. Flavor is a bit more reserved with light sour fruit, some lemon, blood orange and a bit of bread underlying.

Growler thanks to the trade. Pours near black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bourbon with some dark grains with notes of dark grains roasted malts and a bit of bitter chocolate. Flavor is also booze heavy with supporting notes of dark grains, chocolate and roasted malts.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head. The aroma is roast, oak, vinegar. Thin mouth, tart, flavors matching nose, wood, funky, decent.

Refrigerated brown bottle from clowoisseur poured into a glass. Nice translucent red with very little head. Aroma is light raspberry, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is raspberry and some wood.

Howler from clownoiseur poured into a weizen glass. Slightly hazy amber with small beige head. Aroma is nice tart, medium/light body, medium/low carbonation, and some small bubble lacing. Taste is oaky, salty, grainy, and some oranges. This is as much a gose as a wild ale, but not really as easy to drink as many goses.

Refrigerated brown bottle 66 out of 470 from clownoisser bottled August 7, 2014 poured into a weizen glass. Black with small dark brown highlights and very little head. Aroma is bourbon, medium/thick body, very little carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is rich bourbon, oak, vanilla, and chocolate. Really glad to get to try this one. No bread, no clove, no banana; not a weizenbock, but pretty good imperial stout.

On tap at Ann Arbor Hopcat. Pours a clear orange with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates. Aroma has lots of resin with bitter pine and sweet grain/caramel backing. Flavor has bitter pine and resin throughout with a strong sweet grain backbone.

Bottle courtesy of Clownoisser during Free Beer Week and shared at the C’Ville Foxy Knoxy tasting. Hazy pink-orange with a thin fizzy tan head. Good retention. Aroma of cherries, funk, floral and vegetal notes, lemon, herbal notes. The taste is tart cherry, dry lemon, caramel malt, funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering bitterness. Nice.

Bottle (2014) at the Charlottesville Tasting shared by Drake, thanks! Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of big pungent barnyard funk. Tastes of tart fruit, dark fruit, cherries. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
