Tap at brewery. Light malt, citrus, musty aroma. Light hazy yellow, small white head, and some lacing. Sour citrus, barnyard, herbal hop flavor. Light carbonated body.

Sampled on draft at GTMW 2011. Pours a hazy copper color with a thin head. Earthy and tart aroma with notes of honey, apples, faint chocolate and even fainter mint. The taste is caramel, toffee, earthy, stone fruits, minty hops. Slightly tart. Medium bodied.

Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, fruity, peach, dry oak notes, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy - lively.
