Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. It’s a pale yellow cider, clear and without any bubbles or head. The aroma has less alcohol than the strong cider, with apples and fruity sweetness dominating. Sweet flavor with lots of apples, also in the finish. Medium body, rather sticky. This is not my idea of a cider, but it’s of course drinkable. 090821

Bottle, shared by Papsoe. It’s a clear, yellow cider without head or carbonation. Decent aroma, but tending a bit too much sweet industrial cider. Some alcohol too. Warming, dry, medium body with a sweet, apple flavor. Short finish. Pleasant in a strange way, probably in small quantities only, as it’s too warming and too much reminiscent of industrial sugar cider. 090821

Bottle, 8%. Citric aroma, candylike and sugary. Clear very pale yellow colour. Almost no head. Sweet flavour. Actually tastes more of pear than apple. But much too sweet of course.

Bottle, 8%. Sugary candy aroma. Clear very pale yellow colour. Sweet flavour, seems sweeter than their "dry", but also seems to be artificially sweetened.

Botttle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours light yellow with a small bubbly head. Sweet and cloying flavor and nose. Alcohol and artificial perry flavor.
