Bottle, shared by Papsoe. It’s a clear, yellow cider without head or carbonation. Decent aroma, but tending a bit too much sweet industrial cider. Some alcohol too. Warming, dry, medium body with a sweet, apple flavor. Short finish. Pleasant in a strange way, probably in small quantities only, as it’s too warming and too much reminiscent of industrial sugar cider. 090821

Bottle, 8%. Citric aroma, candylike and sugary. Clear very pale yellow colour. Almost no head. Sweet flavour. Actually tastes more of pear than apple. But much too sweet of course.
