33cl bottle from a supermarket in Helsinki. Pours slightly hazy deep golden to amber with a decent, white head. Hoppy and fruity with citrus, pine and hints of caramel and candy. Moderate to medium sweet with dominating fruity flavours and a balanced bitterness. 33cl bottle from a supermarket in Helsinki. Pours close to black with decent, beige head. Roasty and fruity aroma with notes of passion fruit, dark chocolate and coffee. An orange beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma is fresh, mango, grapefruit, pineapple, hint of chalk. Taste has grapefruit, lime, quite strong bitterness, not so fresh as the aroma. Medium bodied. Good beer, fresh and bitter.

330ml bottle from K-Supermarket Veljmies, Kuopio. Pours deep dark brown, almost black with a small light brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, coffee, tartish passionfruit, berries, earthiness and hints of leather. Taste is smooth, fruity and slightly tartish with some passionfruit, roasty malts, coffee, dark chocolate and licorice, hints of leather. Finish is dry, roasty and heavy with licorice notes, hints of hops, passionfruit and loads of coffee. Quite unique and untypical. Surprising and complex, feels almost like a different beer after each sip. A black coffee IPA? A tart stout?
