29/4/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of saxo. Pours hazy/cloudy pale brown with a large short lasting and slightly creamy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, brown sugar, milk chocolate, biscuit and light veg. Medium plus sweetness, minimal bitterness. Medium body, smooth texture, soft carbonation. Sweet finish. Not bad.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear amber, small offwhite head. Malty aroma, a little caramel, mild hoppy notes. Malty flavour, caramel, a little spice. Simple but tasty. Not bad.

Il gusto al naso propende per frumento e banana. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invadente. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è felpato, semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, frumento, agrumi e banana.

Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è un timido profumo e la maniera in cui permane è appena percepibile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta trasparente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato e poco invitante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. In bocca l'aroma rintraccia cereali e carta.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio in equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano note di caramello, miele, cereali, nocciole tostate e agrumi.
