All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è un timido profumo e la maniera in cui permane, permanendo in maniera è appena percepibile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta cristallino e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è appena percepibile. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. L'aroma in bocca porta note di caramello, miele e cereali.
