Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden body with a white head. The aroma is quite promising, nice banana esters, light gum notes, a touch of spice, not perfect but nice. The taste, however, brings it down. Lean and all too light, it starts off way too phenolic, almost the chloro-kind, intensive, ending flat and limp, but later on that subsides, and some fruity, maybe jammy notes break through, making it more palatable. Needs more work I'm afraid...

Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy golden body with a white head. Herbal, minerally aroma, a bit funky, but okay I guess. Lean herbal taste, again, slightly minerally, solid carbonation, pretty simple and unimpressive, but still one of their better beers... and the one I'd most readily repeat among the regular fare.
