Lõhnab jubedalt. Maitseb ka nagu nanopruul vms, kumm ja asjad, mais vbla, aga ausalt siin on midagi valesti läinud.. ei.

Bottle, batch 3 (from Gambrinus 1). Pours dark amber brown with beige head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is bacony smoke, salt, sweetness, yeast, fruits, feels messy. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, smoke, feels dirty, yeasty, some baking flour, some sourness. Carbonation is high. Finish is dry and is very boozy (read: feels like this should come in 2L plastic bottles). Overall: not sure what the previous raters were drinking (or smoking), but this is bad + this has nothing to do with proper/good saison. Using saison yeast doesn’t make saison. Why call it a fcking saison, when it has nothing to do with it?! Ohh and no actual brewer on the label means -1 to overall.
