TCBF 2025. Smell of malt, straw, some hops. Hazy amber colour, tiny white head. Aroma of malt, straw, hops, citrus. Clear maltiness. Honey in finish. Flat carbon. Medium bitter, lightly sweet.

Almost black beer, a head is very small and brown. Aroma has roastiness, caramel, some chocolate. Taste has quite strong roastiness, caramel in the body. Medium+ bodied. Too simple, otherwise, nice beer.

Draught@Bierhuis Rotterdam, Helsinki. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, some rye and toasted tones. Flavour is grainy, some caramel and mild rye with some toasted malts as well. Harsh as for the flavour.

Bottle (from Prisma Liisanlehto, Vaasa). Brown colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is smoke, some roasted tones with mild herbal and earthy tones with a bit chocolate. Flavour is roasted malts, herbs, some wood, mild earth and some bready tones. Some smoke in the finish too.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso orzo tostato, caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'affumicato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è leggero. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, cracker, agrumi, arancia, mandarino, affumicato ed erbe aromatiche.
