Pours golden-amber, bit of foam, goes away quickly. Aroma has some apples, also a bit of hay. Interesting and fresh. Taste gives away some light bitterness, quite well blended together but body in the background is still a bit weak. Overall, hops are there, giving some citrusy aftertaste. Not bad.

Pours light yellow, very little head that disappears completely within a minute or so, not very carbonated. Aroma has a bit of dried apples but feels also somewhat soapy. Taste is very light, dry, no sweetness (which is good) and watery (which I don’t like that much). Bit metallic maybe, otherwise feeling refined and clean. I usually like these harvest or autumn flavours in my cider but this one is missing those, feels somewhat sterile. Alcohol nowhere to be felt though, no way this is 6%.

Bottle (from Koht). Pours pale yellow with white head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sour and slightly sweet, apples. Flavor is very mild and follows the nose. Body is very watery. Overall: this is 6%?! Tastes like carbonated apple water....
