Damian tasting. Dark brown with medium beige head. Moderate coffee aroma with licorice. Taste, coffee, roasted malt, nougat. Very good.

Tap at a tasting at Damian. Med-full body, slight lactose sweetness. Malt centered, coffee, chocolate. Med-light carbonation. Rather on the sweet side, with only light balancing bitterness. I do not particularly like the coffee character, but whatever. Tasty, good, but not great.

Tap at a tasting at Damian. Classic red IPA. Med-full body, accompanied with assertive caramelly maltiness, sugary, a hint of astringency. Med-high bitterness, which barely manages to balance the maltiness. Heavy feeling, drinkable though. Good but not great.

Tasting at Damian. Amber color with white head. Aroma of caramel, light citrus hops. Taste, caramel, biscuit malt, citrus hops. Less caramel would increase drinkability of this beer. Still OK.

Tap at a tasting at Damian. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Also considerable bitterness, but remains in balance. Loads of citrusy, zesty, garlicy hops goodness though. Also exotic. Fresh feeling, tasty, very good.

Tap at a tasting at Damian. Actually the character is evocative of NEIPAs, lots of exotic fruits and zesty citruses. Med-thin body, only a hint of caramel, med-high carbonation. Very easy drinking, crisp, juicy, very good.
