pours in with way too much carbo, amber/dark golden with an enourmous white head.,Aroma is a bit swampy, stale, moldy. some hazy yellow/golden white head. Aroma is hoppy, onion, garlic, citrus, malts, yeast, grass, straw, manure. Draft @ XI Fira Jafre, 14/7/2018. Dorée sur léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet fruité plaisant, Citra est bien là, touche de feuilles vertes - rétro rappelant le thé matcha. Palais tire un peu sur le côté neipa - fruité plaisant sur les agrumes , palais est un peu sec, touche finement épicée de levure avec un effet feuilles vertes sur la fin.

Draft @ El Birrot, Jafre. Dorée sur col blanc épais et tenace. Arôme est bien houblonné en approche fraiche rappelant le fruité de c-hops, notes agrumes, herbacé un peu léger et un rétro-nasal rappelant le pomelo. Palais est léger malté, pâle voire pils, fruité et bien houblonné tirant encore sur un côté classique américain côte ouest.Amertume fine sur la fin. Petite note de levure qui revient à la charge dans un rappel DeLaSenne, et en toute fin, une pointe tropicale - herbacé et mangue.
