Draft at Salud. Clear golden yellow color, fizzy. Aroma of pear flesh and earthy pear skin, dried leaves. Taste is lightly tart nicely balanced lightly earthy pear flesh light lemon. Very tasty

Sample courtesy of the Danish boys via Grumbo, cheers all! Golden colour, no head and aroma of pear, fleshy, musky funk. Taste is sweetish, pear, fleshy, fruity, with some funk and light tart acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours clear spritzy golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of sweet pear, apple, funk, herb, touch of petroleum jelly. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, oily, fizzy carbonation. Enjoyable.

[ As Domaine Fourmond-Lemorton Domfront Poiré ].
ABV: 4.0%. ✅ Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is pear, sweet pear, sweet pear - apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pear, sweet pear, celery. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are perries, apples, fruits, little citrus and has a nice light sour finish.

Bottle from Appalachian. Duvel goblet @home. Clear, pale, super Duvel bubbly, gold. Tart, complex nose. Fresh pear, melon, green no heat chilis, rice. Honey citrus, ginger, pear juiciness, dust, very minerally, leafy, tartness overcomes any sweetness. Super carbonated, fizzy, juicy, calcium. Pretty good.
