Description
Due South is an independent, Veteran owned, craft brewery with beer in 1000+ stores, bars and restaurants from Orlando to Key West and in the Florida Panhandle. Every beer we make is proudly brewed right here in Southeast Florida in Boynton Beach. The brewery is housed in a large 27,000 square foot warehouse where dozens of beers are produced throughout the year on a 15BBL brew system.

Tap at taproom of J Wakefield, Miami. Dark almost opaque brown color, small steady beige head, lots of lace. Toasted malty, a bit sweetish aroma with hints of vanilla. Medium-bodied. Toasted malty, coconut, vanilla and coffee. Mellow and pleasant.

I found some notes from the Extreme beer fest in 2016 I had this beer, it was a draft sample Caramel and toffee with lots of non descript fruit and plenty of whiskey and barrel notes.

Draft at Due South. Poured a dark orange color with a small white head. Aroma was ight rye, some orange notes. Light earthy hop notes. Flavor was light orange, hop character. Pretty tasty,

Poured a light brown color with a very light tan head. Aroma was light sweet malts, more than a touch of caramel character. Light and creamy caramel notes. Very smooth and pretty tasty.

Draft pour at Due South. Poured a golden amber color with a small white head. Aroma was caramel malts, nice light pine notes and citrus. Pretty refreshing.

Draft at the Due South. Poured a dark brown, dark cola color. Wispy tan head. Aroma was light chili notes, roasted malts. Flavor had chili, cinnamon notes, dark bitter chocolates. This was so tasty, very smooth, very masked, very well balanced.
