Overpriced 0.2L bottle (€5.99 for the 0.2L, €17.50 for the 0.75L!!) shared at Maakun’s. Clear pale straw with no head. White wine, sweet, sour and bitter apples, very ‘green’ character, bit watery aroma‘s, soft gummy bear sweetness, blossomy floral and herbal note, dry apple flesh. Sweet, light sour and medium bitter. Medium body and low carbonation. Quite nice, close to white wine experience. --- Beer merged from original tick of Zeeuwse Cider Brut on 06 Dec 2019 at 22:27 - Score: 7. Original review text: Clear and pale. Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear yellow golden with no head. Dry green apple, a touch of lemon, apple peel, tart pears, dry white wine notes, straw. Quite light aroma of mostly green apple and dry white wine. Under medium sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied, medium dry and soft sparkly carbonation. Not great but quite drinkeable.

200ml bottle from trade with Sjogro, cheers Sjoerd! 7%. Sparkling pale gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple & light funk. The taste is sweet, and then sour, tangy apple, fruity, alittle pear, woody, barnyard funk, oak, vanilla and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart funk at the finish. Nicely drinkable.
