Can. Pours hazy golden yellow, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is light, tangerine, grapefruit, mango. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter. Merlin body. Nice. Wish the nose popped more.

can. pours dark brown settles pitch dark, small fluffy light brown head that doesn't last. aroma is coffee and honey, tons of coffee, also some milky notes, some roasted malts. super nice , a bit aritficially sweet though, milk stout. Coffee and roasted malts are fairly strong in this one. esp. the coffee. flavor is more of the same. coffee, honey (i think it's the vanilla and the lacto that makes me think of honey), roasted malts at a level about similar to guinness. low hoppy bitterness if any, aftertaste is both sweet and coffee like but not brutally strong. room for improvement, but a fairly tasty sweet stout. The 8% is used well, suits the beer well.

On draught at The Halford. Pours hazy orange-yellow with small white head that fades to a ring and with moderate patterns. Looks a bit slushy. Massive orange juice aroma, as well as solid peach. Flavor is similar, with a backing of white wheat and slight, peppery esters.

0.47l can. Slightly hazy yellow body with a white head. Orange zest, sugar syrup, tangerine and pine in the aroma. It also has some lemon zest to it. Taste of sugar syrup, pine, tangerine, sweet apples and some berries. A bit thin for me, but still nice.

Basically black, looks inky, rich coffee, sugary, touch of molasses and maple. Rich and tasty dessert stout with an intense coffeeish edge.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of stone fruit, flowers and biscuit. Pours cloudy golden color with large soapy off-white head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet malty and stone fruity, following is ripe tropical fruity, piney and herbal, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Its freshness sailed away, but still nice for a wavy ride…
